Refund policy

• If the product is damaged, we will initiate a refund for it. You are required to provide us with evidence via email.

• Furthermore a refund will also be ensured in case our product causes a medical condition (Allergies).
You are required to provide us with evidence i.e a doctor's note.
• GSKIN AESTHETICS does not refund unless your item has been damaged in transit or if an allergic reaction has occurred. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

•You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of returns please send the package to PO Box 6103, Clyde Melbourne Vic, Australia.
